You should work well with internal support functions and other members of the team, sharing ideas and success stories.
The Role
- Hunt down new business and follow up any leads.
- Lease with customers to understand security requirements.
- Manage customer expectations and build relationships.
- Hit new business targets set by Head of Sales.
Operational Support
- Attend sites and carry out site surveys/risk assessments.
- Ensure a smooth process for the client and business from order to cash.
- Lease closely with operations for solution selling and project mobilisation.
Administration
- Weekly forecasting of opportunities and pipeline.
- Attend weekly calls with sales team and quarterly reviews.
- Update CRM system with any new contacts and leads.
- Follow processes pre-installation and mobilisations.
