CW Executive Search Ltd is seeking an Associate Director Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to lead FRAEW and EWS1 services in our clients' building consultancy team in London. You will shape the growth of the FRAEW offering and work closely with the Head of Building Consultancy to cross-promote services.
You will manage a team of surveyors, oversee tendering and fee proposals, and drive project delivery from surveys to remediation works, with a strong focus on FRAEW and EWS1 reporting.
