Your Mission
We\βre looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead CVX Ventures through its next phase of expansion, both in existing and new markets. You\βll be the driving force behind our mission to build Europe\βs largest and most active angel investor network β a place where capital meets competence to create extraordinary companies.
Responsibilities
Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones
Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market
Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe
Represent CVX publicly β at events, conferences, and in media β building visibility and trust
Be involved in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement
Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets
Report directly to the Board.
We ideally see that you are
3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking, combined with some start up or venture/private equity investment experience
Flexibility to relocate to new markets for a few months when opening new offices
Great with people β you connect fast and lead with trust
Unusually driven and ambitious β you want to win at everything you do and bring others with you
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
