Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an exceptional Management Consulting Associate to join our team in London or Copenhagen. As Management Consulting Associate, you will be an important part of Nova Founder Capital\’s global investment team, responsible for your own portfolio and the entire deal journey—from sourcing and analyzing business plans and markets to closing investment rounds. Your primary tasks will include creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow and ensuring swift decision-making to close the right deals on time with our partners.

Your Tasks

• Ensure Nova Founders Capital is offered all interesting deals in the market
• Create a high-quality deal flow
• Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to inform investment decisions
• Negotiate term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities
• Present investment opportunities to our investment committee
• Manage investment processes with partners and close rounds
