They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join their growing team.
The Role
You will support a variety of search projects, helping to identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and disciplines.
The role will involve building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring requirements while helping to deliver an efficient recruitment process and an excellent experience for clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Engage with prospective candidates through different sourcing channels
- Support the delivery of search projects across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and direct-to-consumer sectors
- Develop relationships with candidates and internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Support the wider Talent Team throughout the recruitment process
- Help ensure a smooth and professional client and candidate experience
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident engaging with people at all levels
- A genuine interest in people, recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A proactive and motivated approach
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- No previous recruitment experience is required, as full training will be provided
