On behalf of our client – an established fast fashion house who have recently launched a brand new retail channel, we are seeking a Store Manager for their branch at Merry Hill.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Store Manager include:

  1. Take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions.
  2. Communicate effectively with the Head of Retail to establish priorities and review store performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong and credible working relationships with the area manager and key support functions across the business.
  4. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to maximize their performance through setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
  5. Demonstrate leadership behaviors and the ability to adapt management style and approach to meet the needs of different individuals.
  6. Keep the manager informed of performance and priorities for the store.
  7. Demonstrate resilience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  8. Analyze reports and data to confidently suggest ways to maximize sales opportunities.
  9. Execute visual merchandising requirements, ensuring they are achieved to the highest standard to drive sales.
  10. Communicate clearly to the team, ensuring they maintain a customer-first mindset.
  11. Support activity to minimize stock loss.
  12. Promote outstanding customer service by acting as a role model and challenge activity that impacts on providing great service levels.
  13. Contribute to improving business performance through a continued focus on KPIs, cost, and profit.
