CVUK is seeking a Senior Women's Softs Designer to confidently lead the design direction, in close partnership with the Sales Team.
This role shapes a commercially strong and brand-appropriate collection from initial strategy through to final range presentation.
The ideal candidate will conduct trend research, create mood boards, select fabrics, oversee sample development, mentor juniors, and ensure timely delivery while meeting cost and margin targets.
