We are partnering with a premium luxury fashion brand to recruit a Senior Sales Associate for their flagship London location. The Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, managing VIP client relationships, and delivering a personalised luxury experience to an elite clientele. You’ll act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, combining exceptional styling expertise with strong commercial awareness to build long‑term client relationships and maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Sales
    • Deliver a luxury and personalised customer experience
    • Drive sales through exceptional service, styling advice, and product expertise
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIC and high‑net‑worth clients
    • Manage the full customer journey from consultation through to purchase and follow‑up
    • Support Made‑to‑Order and bespoke client appointments
  • Clienteling & Relationship Management
    • Develop and grow a portfolio of loyal clients
    • Maintain regular communication and personalised outreach with key customers
    • Support exclusive client events, fittings, and in‑store activations
    • Utilise CRM and clienteling strategies to maximise repeat business
  • Store Operations & Team Support
    • Support the wider retail team in maintaining exceptional service standards
    • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining luxury presentation standards
    • Collaborate closely with stock and inventory teams
    • Support store performance and wider business goals during peak trading periods

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience within luxury retail
  • Strong clienteling and VIC management experience
  • Commercially driven with a proven track record exceeding sales targets
