We are seeking a commercially driven and results‑focused Sales Account Manager to drive growth within the Off Price business of a leading fashion brand. This role is key to expanding sales across UK and international markets, managing key customer relationships, and maximising profit opportunities through strategic stock management and product development collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities in both UK and international markets.
- Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and margin targets through proactive account management and negotiation.
- Forecast and deliver annual sales budgets with regular performance updates and margin tracking.
- Monitor customer sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure product ranges meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
- Support key accounts with marketing assets and seasonal materials to optimise sell-through.
- Partner with QA and production teams to maintain product quality, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, continuously reviewing and optimising the supply base to meet business needs.
- Coordinate internal teams including Logistics, Finance, and Warehousing to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage showroom presentations for key customer meetings and seasonal range launches.
- Conduct regular store visits to review brand visibility and market performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Menswear Sales, Product, or Buying, ideally across both Casualwear and Formalwear.
- Strong understanding of product development, fabrications, and the end-to-end production process.
- Proven success in managing wholesale or off‑price accounts within fashion.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across customers and suppliers.
- Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers and an understanding of import/export and shipping processes.
- Confident presenter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Fashion, or Marketing).
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
