As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Online Concessions Manager to take ownership of key third-party retail partnerships and drive performance across some of the UK's leading online retailers. This is a highly commercial role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the concessions channel.
The Role
Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key online concession partnerships including Next, John Lewis and M&S. You'll oversee trading performance, stock availability, promotional activity and partner relationships, ensuring the channel delivers against sales and profitability targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in online trading, ecommerce partnerships, concessions or marketplace management who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of key online concession partners including Next, John Lewis and M&S
- Drive sales, profit and margin growth across all partner channels
- Review and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve results
- Manage promotions, pricing and product launches across partner websites
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimise performance
- Ensure strong stock availability through effective forecasting and replenishment planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Produce regular trade reports and present performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure product content, merchandising and brand presentation remain best-in-class
- Support the onboarding and launch of new concession partnerships
- Manage partner contracts and ensure commercial agreements are delivered effectively
