We are partnering with a well-established, fast‑moving beauty brand that is continuing to scale across key UK retail channels. They are now looking to hire a commercially driven National Account Executive to support growth across their national accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high‑energy team where you'll have strong exposure across sales, retail, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage key national retail accounts across both in‑store and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as a key point of contact
- Support the delivery of sales strategies aligned with business goals and joint business plans
- Coordinate and execute promotional activity in collaboration with internal teams
- Oversee point‑of‑sale materials, ensuring product stands and displays are well maintained and in line with brand standards
- Analyse sales performance and deliver insights to support decision‑making
- Manage forecasting and support budget tracking to optimise performance
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a National Account Executive or similar commercial role (FMCG or beauty preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting retail accounts, ideally with exposure to POS and in‑store execution
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially minded with a proactive, hands‑on approach
