We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised Merchandiser to take ownership of a key product area within a leading UK fashion brand. This role is pivotal in delivering commercial ranges that maximise sales and margins across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels. Based at their state‑of‑the‑art headquarters, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast‑growing fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks to maximise sales and profit.
- Maintain consistent awareness of best and worst sellers, recommending repeats and managing markdown strategy.
- Partner with Buyers to manage the critical path, stock levels, intake margins, and open‑to‑buy.
- Accurately maintain the Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake (WSSI) to agreed KPIs.
- Ensure balanced range architecture, with the right price points and product mix across channels.
- Produce seasonal range plans, incorporating lessons learned and ensuring forward cover for best sellers.
- Monitor competitor and market activity to inform strategy and decisions.
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with Buying, Logistics, Finance, and Retail teams.
- Work closely with suppliers, negotiating costs and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Contribute positively to team culture, supporting an engaging and successful working environment.

- Degree in a relevant discipline (fashion, textiles, business) desirable.
