The Role
Working as part of the wider Merchandising team, you will take responsibility for supporting the commercial performance of the business across a variety of product areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury environment, working closely with teams across the wider business and playing an important role in the ongoing development of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day merchandising activities
- Support the wider team with sales and stock management
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities
- Assist with seasonal planning and activities
- Support the management of stock across the business
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
- Work closely with Buying, Retail, E-commerce and Operations
- Support product and range reviews
- Help ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with wider projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the overall commercial performance of the business
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team where required
About You
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser within fashion, beauty, luxury or retail
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and beauty
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of retail
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and information
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and confident taking responsibility
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and comfortable working across different teams
- Flexible, positive and hands-on in your approach
- Keen to develop your career within luxury fashion and beauty
