We are working with a leading clothing supplier to find a Senior Fabric Technologist to join their growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multi-product, while supporting innovation, quality, and sustainability initiatives.
As Senior Fabric Technologist, you will be responsible for fabric development and innovation across multiple product categories, including Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear. Act as a key liaison between design, sourcing, and buying teams to ensure fabrics meet aesthetic, quality, cost, and sustainability targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead seasonal fabric sourcing, development, and innovation.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure new and exclusive fabrications.
- Conduct risk assessments and fabric testing to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Present fabric ranges aligned with trend forecasts and customer expectations.
- Support sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and knowledge of eco-certifications.
