Our client are a leading high street fashion brand known for trend-led collections, great value, and fast-paced energy. With a growing global presence, our brand is loved by customers around the world - both online and in stores. We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive our growth across international online marketplaces and retail partners.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding global marketplace accounts (including key platforms such as Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, La Redoute, and others). You will work closely with the commercial, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to deliver strong sales performance, brand consistency, and profitable growth across all regions. This is a hands-on, commercial role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving fashion environment and understands how to grow brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with global marketplace partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share internationally.
  • Negotiate terms, promotions, and campaigns to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in fashion wholesale or marketplace account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of growing online sales channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and internationally.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, or similar preferred.
