We're supporting a leading premium retail brand in their confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee their operations in Germany. This role is ideal for someone with strong multi-site retail experience, fluent in German and English, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for managing and developing store teams, driving commercial results, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and their teams across the region
- Analyse business performance and take action to exceed targets
- Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently delivered
- Support new store openings, recruitment, and training where needed

About You
- Proven experience as a Regional, Area, or Multi-Site Manager in premium/luxury retail
