The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring solutions. This is a highly relationship-led role combining business development, talent sourcing, and consultative recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and business goals
- Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availability
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Support the creation of detailed job briefs and hiring strategies
- Candidate Sourcing & Assessment
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the process
- Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate quality
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring process from briefing through to offer and placement
- Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers and support successful onboarding outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems
- Market Mapping & Networking
- Build a strong network within fashion, beauty, and consumer sectors
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Proactively identify and engage top talent pipelines
- Administration & Reporting
- Prepare candidate shortlists and client presentations
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment best practices
About You
- Experience in recruitment or a background in retail, fashion, or head office environments
- Strong interest in fashion, beauty, and consumer brands
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation ability
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
