We are looking for a Product Developer to join our creative, fast‐paced team and help bring vision from concept to reality.
The Role
As a Product Developer, you'll work at the heart of the design and production process. You will translate creative ideas into commercially viable products – managing development from initial concept through to final sample approval. Your work will ensure that every piece meets our exacting standards for quality, fit, and finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Design to develop new accessory concepts and seasonal collections.
- Manage the product development lifecycle – from concept sketches to final samples.
- Source and evaluate materials, components, and finishes aligned with brand standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, factories, and technical teams to ensure precision and feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed product specifications and technical packs.
- Oversee fit sessions, sampling rounds, and pre‐production approvals.
- Track timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks to ensure on‐time delivery.
- Contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives within materials and processes.
About You
- Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 3‐5 years' experience in product development, ideally within premium or luxury accessories.
- Strong technical understanding of materials, construction, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and supplier management skills.
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and proactive under pressure.
