We are working with a highly regarded luxury interiors brand, known for its craftsmanship, heritage and refined aesthetic, to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital performance across UK, European and US markets.
This is a highly data-driven, process-orientated role focused on performance optimisation, data-led decision making and continuous improvement of digital activity, alongside evolving and refining digital strategy based on performance insights.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director to refine and influence direction, ensuring rigorous delivery and reporting, while leading the external agency and holding them accountable to performance outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own performance across paid and digital channels, including PPC and paid social, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable growth.
- Be the primary day-to-day manager of the external digital agency, briefing campaigns, reviewing deliverables and ensuring delivery against KPIs.
- Optimise the HubSpot CRM Marketing system, ensuring effective lead capture, nurturing and conversion, while maintaining data integrity and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align digital marketing activity with overall business objectives.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities, using these to optimise campaigns, reallocate spend and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the Content Executive to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives based on performance analytics.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Act as the internal performance expert, contributing to channel strategy, testing frameworks and optimisation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Highly data-literate, with strong experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC and website optimisation.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
