With ambitious growth plans across the UK and international markets, they are looking to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and drive sustainable online growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and data-driven marketer to take ownership of paid media strategy, customer acquisition, and digital performance across multiple markets.
Working closely with the e-commerce, creative and brand teams, you will use insights, testing and optimisation to drive revenue growth, improve campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment. You will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, scaling high-performing campaigns and contributing to the wider digital growth strategy of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across key paid digital channels.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
- Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display and Paid Social.
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
- Implement full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting and customer re‑engagement campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates and revenue contribution.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, providing regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify new audience segments, channels and growth opportunities to support long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, CRM and content teams to ensure alignment across wider marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience within Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Digital Acquisition.
- Strong hands‑on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media platforms.
- Demonstrable success in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting and attribution tools.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within e‑commerce, fashion or retail environments would be highly advantageous.
