The Operations Manager / Area Manager will work within the UK and Ireland Operations team and have responsibility for between 8 and 10 restaurants and lead a team of up to 200.
The focus of the Project Manager role is to provide high impact, leadership, new ideas and coaching in order to support their team to achieve overall performance across three key metrics: People, Customer & Business.
This role will require commercial acumen and the ability to think beyond the core operational elements in order to effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.
