We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead wholesale operations, logistics, and process optimisation across a growing multiâbrand business. This role sits at the centre of our operational ecosystem, partnering with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient delivery during an exciting period of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale Operations
- Manage seasonal wholesale order processing in Zedonk, ensuring accuracy and onâtime delivery.
- Act as the main contact for wholesale partners and internal teams.
- Oversee stock allocation, delivery tracking, fulfilment, and postâseason reporting.
- Monitor sellâthrough and reorders with the Commercial team.
- Maintain system accuracy across pricing, terms, and inventory.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Manage the flow of goods from production to warehouse, retail partners, and customers.
- Optimise transport, warehousing, and distribution for efficiency.
- Process Improvement
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
- Support automation and operational optimisation across systems and teams.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage operations budgets and track department spending.
- Support financial performance with costâcontrol insights.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, Design, IT, and Finance.
- Support key events including photoshoots, sample sales, and PR activations.
- Onboarding Focus Areas
- Introduction to business workflows, systems, and Zedonk ERP.
- Wholesale operations training: compliance, EDI, allocation, and fulfilment.
- Zedonk mastery: orders, invoicing, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Logistics training across DHL, RM, Noatum, and 3PL processes.
- Financial workflow: invoices, payments, operational budgets.
- Progressive ownership of operations, IT platforms, and process optimisation.
What We're Looking For
- 3â5+ years' experience in operations, wholesale, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Zedonk preferred).
- Detailâoriented, highly organised, and a confident problem solver.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Dataâdriven with experience in reporting and operational analysis.
