We have an amazing opportunity for an Online Marketing Manager to join a unique multi‑brand business based in a vibrant office within Central London! Working closely with Creative and Merchandising, the Online Marketing Manager will work to deliver a wide variety of Direct To Consumer campaigns. You will need to have a demonstrable track record within a similar role, and illustrate how you increased sales using the direct to consumer model. The ideal candidate will be from a retail background, with the ability to work autonomously. Solid experience with online marketing tools and web‑based technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Growing the emailable database with commercially responsive prospects and converting them to shoppers.
- Increasing repeat purchase rates from first time shoppers.
- Understanding the commercial targets of the business and of various product areas and proposing activity plans to reach commercial targets.
- Constantly thinking about opportunities for the business to grow profitably through direct to consumer marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills, planning and organising skills.
