Are you organised, commercially-minded, and passionate about multi-channel retail? Our client is seeking an Off-Price Sales Support Coordinator to support the Buying Director and ensure the smooth running of our Off-Price business.
About the Role
As Off-Price Sales Support Coordinator, you'll support the Buying Director in managing customer accounts, ensuring orders are collated, placed, and delivered on time. You will collaborate closely with product, merchandising, QA, and other internal teams to ensure quality, delivery, and margin targets are achieved. You'll also support customer meetings, manage samples, and help prepare showrooms for key client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Buying Director in managing Off-Price customer accounts.
- Coordinate with product and merchandising teams to ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Support marketing material, seasonal photography, and sample management.
- Work with QA to ensure garments meet customer specifications.
- Assist in price negotiations and delivery planning to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on procedures covering IT, logistics, finance, QA, and warehousing.
- Prepare showrooms and attend customer meetings with the Buying Director.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve budgeted sales and margins by brand and customer.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders.
- Identify strategic opportunities for new product ranges.
About You
- Degree educated.
- 5+ years relevant retail experience; discount retail experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Understanding of clothing development processes, production, and shipping/export procedures.
- Commercially aware and self-motivated.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Proficient in ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
