As Merchandiser, you'll work closely with Buying, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to deliver commercially strong ranges, maintain optimal stock levels, and make strategic trading decisions that directly impact business growth.

Your Responsibilities as Merchandiser
- Analyse and report on sales and stock performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Manage stock, intake, and markdowns to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong range plans, ensuring the right mix of products across seasons.
- Maintain and update the Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake (WSSI) to agreed KPIs.
- Partner with Buyers to maximise intake margins and manage supplier performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and wider market trends to inform trading decisions.
- Identify bestsellers and ensure they are maximised across ranges and channels.
