The Role: Menswear Buyer
We are seeking a Menswear Buyer , Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will play a pivotal role in developing, sourcing, and delivering commercial menswear collections.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion buyer with a passion for menswear and a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Product
Development: Deliver agreed menswear ranges from proto stage to in-store product.
Identify new product opportunities and ensure ranges meet intake margin, cost price, and profitability targets.
- Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers in Bangladesh and China. Negotiate prices and manage production from sampling to warehouse delivery.
- Range Building: Analyse past performance, competitor activity, and customer trends to create balanced, commercial ranges aligned with Crew's brand vision.

Management: Liaise with design and technical teams to ensure timely delivery (95% launch availability).
Attend fit meetings to maintain consistency in garment construction and fit.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandisers, Designers, and Marketing to ensure ranges are aligned across all channels.
Support catalogue, website, and PR launches with accurate samples.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an Admin Assistant, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the buying team.

Essential
- Proven experience in a similar Menswear Buyer role.
- Strong supplier sourcing skills, particularly in Bangladesh/China.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Energetic, dynamic, and commercially focused.
