We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketplace Manager to cover maternity leave and lead the growth of sales and profit across TikTok Shop and eBay. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, hands‐on approach, and a passion for driving online marketplace success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow performance across TikTok Shop and eBay.
- Build a calendar of trading events to maximise sales opportunities.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on performance.
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop Lives, including presenter/producer scheduling.
- Collaborate with marketing to source and manage affiliate creators.
- Deliver day‐to‐day trading plans, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Work with buying and merchandising teams to optimise product availability.
- Oversee product content and manage external agency partners.
- Ensure marketplace KPIs are met by working with customer service and logistics teams.
- Build strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience growing sales on TikTok Shop or in a similar marketplace role.
- Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical skills.
- Hands‐on and results‐driven, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‐starter with a proactive, positive approach and resilience in a fast‐paced environment.
- Able to collaborate across teams, locations, and time zones.
- A true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
