We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Manager to join a renowned British retailer. As the HR Manager you will support the delivery of the core HR services of recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance management, projects and policy development.

There is a strong focus on Employee Relations supporting the stores on a daily basis with ER cases - however, from this there will be proactive action required in terms of store visits, coaching managers, hosting region training virtual calls and looking at ways to support the stores in reducing the level of ER cases through proactive action.

The role will also support the Talent team through attracting, engaging and retaining the best. There should also be a strong focus on projects looking for ways to improve HR processes and initiatives for retail.

Qualities & Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a retail HR position
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Hands on, self starting, self sufficient, resourceful
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking
