Role Overview
As an HRBP you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers across multiple group companies, providing expert HR guidance to enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies, mitigating risks effectively.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Lead change management and organisational development initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Issue contracts and manage changes to terms and conditions of employment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the UK.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable.
