With a mission to inspire confidence through creativity and self-expression, they are currently looking for a Head of Marketing & Performance Marketing to help scale their vision.
The Role: As Head of Marketing & Performance Marketing, you will take full ownership of the brand's marketing strategy, leading the team across both brand and growth functions. From driving customer acquisition to shaping the brand narrative, you'll play a pivotal role in building one of fashion's next big success stories.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Marketing: Own and execute data-driven customer acquisition strategies across paid social, Google Ads, YouTube, affiliates, and other paid channels. Manage media buying budgets and drive measurable ROI through performance optimization. Scale new channels and creative testing frameworks to unlock sustainable growth. Partner with CRM and data teams to drive retention, LTV, and lifecycle marketing.
- Brand & Content: Lead overarching brand marketing strategy, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand vision and values. Oversee content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution across organic social, email, influencer, and partnerships. Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop compelling, on-brand assets. Drive brand awareness through PR, events, influencer activations, and strategic collaborations.
- Team & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across performance, brand, and content. Set clear KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance to stakeholders and founders. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and excellence. Be the voice of the customer internally, driving insight-led decision-making.
About You: 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in fashion, DTC, or e-commerce. Proven track record of managing multi-channel performance campaigns at scale. A deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and customer journeys. Strong brand sensibility with experience leading content, campaigns, and social strategies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills - you're both strategic and hands-on. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
