We are partnering with a globally recognised, purpose-led consumer brand to appoint a Head of Campaign & Communications. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and delivering integrated brand and commercial campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, you will translate brand strategy, consumer insight and business priorities into high-impact, globally executed campaigns that drive both brand equity and commercial performance. This role connects brand, product, creative, media and commercial teams to ensure seamless, best-in-class go-to-market execution.

Campaign & Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Own and lead the global campaign and communications strategy across seasonal campaigns, hero launches and major commercial initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy and consumer insight into clear, inspiring and actionable go-to-market plans.
  • Deliver campaigns that balance purpose, creativity and measurable commercial outcomes.

Integrated Communications

  • Lead fully integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, CRM, content, retail, events and traditional media.
  • Ensure consistency of message, tone and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee launch planning, messaging frameworks, content rollout and performance evaluation.

Creative & Briefing Excellence

  • Set the standard for world-class campaign briefing across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure all briefs are insight-led, strategically grounded and aligned to brand positioning.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Digital, Product and International teams to elevate storytelling and execution.

Planning & Governance

  • Own the global marketing and campaign calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead budget planning, tracking and optimisation across campaign activity.
  • Establish scalable processes and clear ways of working to improve executional excellence.

Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership

  • Act as the central connector across Marketing, Product, Commercial, Retail and Digital teams.
  • Lead and inspire internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-performance outcomes.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to build a strong campaign function.

Insight & Performance

  • Leverage brand and performance data to inform strategy and optimise future campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain differentiation.
  • Embed learnings into future planning cycles.

Experience & Profile

  • Significant senior experience leading integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale brand and commercial initiatives.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and performance metrics.
  • Experience in beauty, retail, lifestyle or FMCG advantageous but not essential.
