We are looking for an experienced Product Garment Technical Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire technical development process of garments, from initial concept to final production. This role involves working cross-functionally with design, fabric, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure that all garments are technically feasible, high-quality, and meet customer requirements.
As Garment Technical Manager, you will apply your expertise in garment construction, materials, and production to deliver consistently high-quality products across various markets. You will manage the development of multi-product apparel lines, including ladies, men's, kids' wear, outerwear, activewear, and own branded products. A key part of your role will be streamlining workflows, maintaining consistency across categories, and ensuring that the technical teams collaborate efficiently across global hubs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - GARMENT TECHNICAL MANAGER- 7+ years of experience in garment technical development, with strong expertise in garment construction, pattern making, fit, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, customer portals, CAD software, and Adobe Illustrator (experience with these tools is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to solving technical issues and driving continuous improvement across garment categories.
- Experience with global teams and the ability to manage workflows across multiple time zones.
- A passion for innovation, sustainability, and staying current with the latest trends in garment technology and materials.
