We are looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to lead the menswear department and ensure the seamless running of daily operations. This is a pivotal role within the business, combining leadership, clienteling, and commercial focus. You will oversee a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, while driving sales performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Drive a culture of personalised clienteling, ensuring customers receive expert styling advice and an elevated shopping experience.
- Oversee day‐to‐day floor operations, including scheduling, team deployment, stock flow, and customer service standards.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure goals are achieved.
- Take ownership of visual merchandising, floor layout, and presentation standards in line with luxury brand guidelines.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage VIP customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
