Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment? We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join our growing team in Camden. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role is central to ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cashflow management, compliance, and strategic planning support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys both hands‐on accounting and strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Lead cashflow forecasting, treasury management and working capital oversight.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage tax and compliance obligations including VAT returns, international tax considerations, and audit preparation.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and processes, ensuring scalability.
- Provide commercial insight and business partnering across departments.
- Support annual audit and statutory accounts preparation.
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
- Experienced in a similar finance role within retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or another fast‐paced industry.
- Skilled in management accounts, cashflow forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Confident with Xero or similar accounting systems (ERP/retail systems experience a plus).
- An excellent communicator with proven team management experience.
- Analytical, detail-driven, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement.
