We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth and trading of a direct-to-consumer channel for a fast-growing fashion brand. This is a hands-on role focused on driving online sales, optimising user experience, and managing key digital performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day site trading and merchandising, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Optimise UX and site navigation to improve conversion and AOV.
- Manage paid media agency and oversee retention strategies via email/SMS.
- Analyse performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and reporting dashboards; present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams on brand assets and campaigns.
- Manage budgets for paid media and tech stack, including Shopify apps and development hours.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years managing a Shopify or Shopify Plus DTC site.
- Proven track record of improving CVR/AOV through UX and merchandising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Data Studio, and Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid troubleshooting and ability to brief developers effectively.
- Excellent project management and attention to brand detail.
