As Ecommerce Manager, you will take full ownership of the online store, driving sales, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring the brand's luxury positioning is reflected across all digital touchpoints.

About the Role

As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our digital growth. From trading the website to managing online campaigns, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximising online revenue. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine creative flair with strong commercial acumen, working cross-functionally to ensure our digital presence is best in class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day trading of the ecommerce site, ensuring sales and conversion targets are met.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product uploads, and content updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to plan and deliver online campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Analyse site performance, reporting on KPIs (traffic, AOV, conversion, retention) and optimising accordingly.
  • Drive improvements to the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and premium brand experience.
  • Keep up to date with ecommerce trends, competitors, and digital innovation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with external partners and agencies (platform, design, tech) to enhance site functionality and performance.

About You

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using tools like GA4 to drive insight-led decisions.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering online sales growth.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
