Are you a chic, fashion-forward leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Store Manager to join a contemporary luxury jewellery brand in Central London on a confidential basis.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales and achieve turnover targets while analyzing performance data to implement local action plans.
- Lead and inspire a boutique team, providing hands‐on coaching to deliver outstanding results.
- Ensure the delivery of a high‐quality luxury customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee day‐to‐day store operations, including inventory, POS systems, scheduling, and cost control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the brand's luxury image.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, monitoring performance and supporting career progression.
- Collaborate with marketing and HQ to support in‐store activations and commercial initiatives.
