We're seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Manager to join our fast-growing beauty brand and lead partnerships with UK & International retailers including Boots, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, and Look Fantastic. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, strengthen retail relationships, and shape impactful marketing strategies in a dynamic, high‐growth environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Act as the day‐to‐day point of contact for key retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of retail marketing plans aligned with retailer calendars.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with retailers, championing each account to deliver sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Plan and facilitate the launch of new product development (NPD) throughout the year, ensuring timely submission of operational documents (e.g., NLFs).
  • Share marketing opportunities and business insights from retailers to inform robust trade marketing strategies.
  • Undertake ad‐hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‐making and business needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role managing UK/global retail accounts (beauty experience preferred but not essential).
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‐paced start‐up environment.
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic team player with the ability to multi‐task and work under pressure.
  • Digital experience is highly valuable.
