We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Manager to join our team and work closely with our renowned investor and entrepreneur. This role will involve overseeing and driving growth across a portfolio of businesses, including managing key accounts and partnerships, leading sales and revenue growth, and supporting operational and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of businesses within the portfolio, focusing on strategic growth planning and operational oversight.
  • Leading the full sales cycle, collaborating with Amazon agents, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and reporting, and managing investor and founder relations.
  • Conducting market research, due diligence, and supporting the growth of early-stage consumer brands.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial growth, sales cycles, and business development.
  • Strong financial and operational understanding, with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and investment analysis.
  • Self-starter with a high level of autonomy and the ability to execute under pressure.
  • Experience in managing UK and international markets, including key retailer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and deal-making ability, with the willingness to travel internationally when required.
