We are working with a well-established, fast-paced fashion brand to recruit an Assistant Merchandiser to support their growing merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about product to take the next step in their career.

This role will see you supporting the Merchandisers to ensure strong trading performance through effective stock management, data analysis, and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use data to optimise sales performance and profitability
  • Support planning of budgets by category, option count and depth of buy
  • Manage stock levels (WSSI), intake, production flow and warehouse forecasts
  • Review and update sales forecasts based on performance
  • Analyse best and worst sellers, making informed recommendations
  • Provide insights and data to Buying and Design teams to support decision‑making
  • Run and maintain reports from internal systems
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy
  • Understanding of WSSI and merchandising processes
  • Highly analytical with confidence working with data
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proactive, with a problem‑solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • A team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
