We are partnering with a British heritage fashion brand renowned for luxury shirting, fine tailoring, and stylish casualwear, to recruit an Assistant Ecommerce Manager. In this role, you will support the E-commerce Manager in driving growth across high-potential international markets, including Germany, Australia, the Middle East, France, and Canada. You will play a key part in day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth trading and optimising the online customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily ecommerce operations and trading plans across assigned markets.
  • Maintain and update website content across multiple languages in collaboration with Ecommerce and Content teams.
  • Manage product launches with timely, accurate execution.
  • Audit sites with UX/CRO teams to enhance searchability, categorisation, and discoverability.
  • Work with the E-commerce Manager and Data Analyst to deliver KPI reports and actionable insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Native or fluent German speaker (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years' ecommerce or digital experience, ideally within multi-language/European markets.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms, ideally bespoke/custom solutions.
  • Familiarity with merchandising/search tools (Algolia desirable).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-focused.
