About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join our fastâgrowing team, working with an exciting portfolio of UK and international retail partners. The successful candidate will bring a commercial mindset to drive business performance and act as the dayâtoâday contact for a range of retail accounts. You will be responsible for executing and developing retail marketing plans to support both financial growth and brand awareness. Alongside developing excellent relationships with retail partners, you will collaborate crossâfunctionally with product, PR, operations and finance teams to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key retail partners, ensuring retail marketing plans are executed in line with calendars and seasonal activity.
- Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the launch of new products throughout the year, ensuring operational documents are submitted on time.
- Share marketing opportunities and retail insights to help shape trade marketing plans and drive business growth.
- Act as a champion for each account, ensuring every retail partner has a strong marketing strategy to support sales targets.
- Project manage the setâup of new retail accounts, working closely with internal operations teams.
- Manage the Sales & Marketing Intern on the retailer critical path to produce and prepare operational documents, digital assets and adâhoc requests.
- Support with adâhoc reporting and analysis ahead of strategy meetings and in response to business needs.
