Our client, a leading supplier, is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their multi-product menswear team, supporting Senior Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the menswear fashion supply sector, with experience managing high street and supermarket accounts. Our client is looking for someone with a proactive approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with buyers and customers on day-to-day issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within your team and across departments.
- Manage product development and the critical path with merchants.
- Coordinate with fabric, garment tech, merchandising, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery of product development projects.
- Handle general admin duties including chasing and organising samples, taking photos of garments, and maintaining clear records of submits and approvals.
- Provide guidance to freelance design teams to align product development with internal and customer strategies.
- Knowledge of costings.
- Represent the company's interests to customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Ensure flexibility in working hours as required by the business.
- Travel within the UK.
