Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Communicate with buyers and customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within your team and across departments.
- Manage product development and the critical path with merchants.
- Coordinate with fabric, garment tech, merchandising, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery of product development projects.
- Handle general admin duties including chasing and organising samples, taking photos of garments, and maintaining clear records of submits and approvals.
- Provide guidance to design teams to align product development with internal and customer strategies.
- Present new products to customers in collaboration with the design team.
- Negotiate costings with customers in line with their requirements and targets.
- Represent the company's interests to customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Ensure flexibility in working hours as required by the business.
- Travel within the UK.
