Our client is a well-established brand currently growing rapidly in the UK, Europe and US. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent admin skills, a wizz with Excel and great communication skills to be a Sales Account Manager to develop and extend an existing off-price business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all customer accounts effectively, maintaining sales for existing accounts and seeking new opportunities to achieve/exceed targeted budgeted sales/margins.
- Forecast and generate yearly budgets with regular updates and ensure sales and target margins are met.
- Monitor customer sales performance and sales patterns to service their requirements effectively.
- Work closely with the product and merchandise team to ensure orders are collated, placed, and delivered as required.
- Negotiate with customers on prices, payment terms, and delivery to ensure that sales and margin are achieved.
- Establish and maintain working partnerships with the existing and future supplier base.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience preferably within fashion as either an Account manager, buyer or merchandiser.
- Exposure to sales/customer/working relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the Budgeting process.
- Educated to degree level or professional equivalent.
