Our Client, a supplier to many high street retailers, is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Womenswear Designer to join their busy team.

The Role:

  • Assist senior designers.
  • Research current fashion trends to create forward-thinking, commercially viable designs.
  • Design across a broad range of categories on ladieswear and kidswear.
  • Produce detailed technical CADs and comprehensive tech packs using Adobe Illustrator.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working for a supplier within the Design Team.
  • Demonstrated experience working with suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Bangladesh or similar production environments.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and technical design.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software).
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour theory, and garment functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to design.
  • Collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and personal growth.
