Junior Production Merchandiser

I’m seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Junior Production Merchandiser to support the management of customer orders from confirmation through to delivery. This role is suited to someone in their second role within production, merchandising, or supply chain, who is ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to develop their skills.

You will work closely with customers, overseas offices, and suppliers, with support from senior team members, and play an important role in keeping orders on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer critical paths for existing orders, sending weekly updates to customers.
• Liaise daily with the Vietnam Representative Office to monitor order progress via the company’s online system.
• Prepare and submit strike‑offs, lab dips, and bulk approvals, managing customer feedback and escalating rejections where needed.
• Communicate with fabric and trim suppliers to track approvals and confirm bulk delivery dates.
• Proactively communicate delivery updates or potential delays to customers and support troubleshooting of issues before they elevate.
• Chase purchase orders (POs) once orders are confirmed and ensure all details are correct.
• Maintain accurate order information across systems and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a production, merchandising, or supply chain coordination role.
• Confident communication skills, with regular experience speaking to customers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders at different stages.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when checking approvals, POs, and order information.
• Comfortable working with internal systems and Excel.
• Experience working with overseas offices or factories is an advantage.
