We are partnering with an award-winning beauty brand to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales to lead the next phase of European wholesale growth.
This is a privately owned, entrepreneurial business where decisions are made quickly, ambition is encouraged, and success is recognised.
You will take ownership of the European wholesale strategy, lead key retail partnerships with customers including Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Amazon, and Douglas.
You will develop and execute Joint Business Plans, identify new commercial opportunities, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
Leading and inspiring a team of Account Managers, you will set the commercial direction, deliver ambitious revenue targets, manage budgets, forecast and reforecast, and ensure exceptional execution across every customer.
Responsibilities Own the European wholesale strategy and manage relationships with major retail partners (Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Amazon, Douglas).
Develop and execute best-in-class Joint Business Plans with key retailers.
Identify new commercial opportunities and drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers; set the commercial direction and revenue targets.
