We are seeking a visionary, commercially minded Head of Marketing to drive the strategic direction of our brand. This role will oversee all marketing functions - from brand and product campaigns to PR, digital, content, and partnerships - ensuring consistent and inspiring storytelling that builds long-term equity and fuels growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the overall marketing strategy, aligning brand, product, and seasonal activity with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across PR, social, content, influencer, and creative streams.
  • Build and execute fully integrated campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and organic channels.
  • Define and strengthen the brand voice, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Oversee influencer and partnership strategy, including talent collaborations and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and customer engagement.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in shaping commercial decisions, contributing to overall business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in senior brand or marketing roles within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury.
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel strategies across PR, social, content, and influencer.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an instinct for brand storytelling and consumer insight.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and results-orientated.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
