Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver global VM campaign playbooks, translating campaign toolkits into clear, execution-ready retail guidelines.
- Create and maintain global VM planogram guidelines to ensure consistency in permanent product placement and navigation principles.
- Act as the global VM partner to regional and international VM leads.
- Ensure all VM tools are commercially viable, scalable, and adaptable across diverse markets.
- Integrate sustainability, durability, and cost-efficiency into VM deliverables.
- Gather feedback from international markets to continuously refine global guidelines.
- Benchmark competitors and identify best practices to elevate in-store brand presence globally.
- Strong background in visual merchandising, retail design, and global brand activation.
